Rural Shakopee

While the city limits of Shakopee are contracted to a single hauler, many people in the rural portions of Shakopee enjoy our services at their curb. Prior Lake is very close to Shakopee and it is our pleasure to service our neighbors to the west and northwest.

Residential, curbside trash service is available with either 35 gal, 65 gal or 95 gal cans. In addition, we offer single sort recycling in all three sizes to best suit your needs. Recycling is picked up every other week in rural Shakopee.

Extra Trash

Extra bags of trash will be subject to an additional charge of $5.00 per bag, plus tax.  All other odd shaped or bulk items will be charged accordingly.  For a more detailed pricing on individual items, please call our office prior to service day for more information.

Yard Waste

In addition, curbside yard waste service is available from the first full week of April – the last full week of November (weather permitting). Yard waste cannot go into the household trash per MN Statue 115A.931, you visit the website at Sec. 115A.931 MN Statutes
